2. Webinar Registration Refunds
2.1 Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of your webinar registration fee under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled webinar start date
- Webinar is cancelled or rescheduled by Farnelaxis
- Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing the webinar, provided you have notified us during the live session
- The webinar content significantly differs from the advertised description
2.2 Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund of 50% may be granted if:
- Cancellation request is submitted between 3 and 7 days prior to the webinar start date
- You attended less than 25% of the webinar duration due to circumstances beyond your control, documented and verified by our support team
2.3 No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 3 days before the webinar start date
- Failure to attend the webinar without prior notification
- Technical issues on your end, including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or user error
- Dissatisfaction with webinar content that matches the advertised description
- After you have accessed the complete webinar recording
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the month.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refund eligibility is as follows:
- Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase if no content has been accessed
- Prorated refund for the unused portion may be considered if cancellation occurs within the first 90 days, minus a 15% administrative fee
- No refunds after 90 days from the date of purchase
4. Digital Products and Recordings
All sales of recorded webinars, digital courses, downloadable materials, and other digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded, except in cases where:
- The content is materially defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed
- The content provided does not match the advertised description
- Technical issues on our platform prevent access, and alternative arrangements cannot be made
5. Bundle Packages and Special Offers
Bundle packages and promotional offers have specific refund terms:
- Refund requests must be submitted before accessing any component of the bundle
- Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available
- Special promotional pricing may affect refund calculations
- Discounted rates obtained through promotional codes are subject to the same refund policies

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant life events, please contact our support team directly. We will review your situation individually and may offer alternative solutions such as:
- Transfer of registration to a future webinar
- Account credit for future purchases
- Extended access to materials
- Modified refund terms on a case-by-case basis

Refunds based on technical issues will only be considered if our support team cannot resolve the problem and the issue is verified to originate from our platform.
9. Currency and Payment Method
All refunds will be issued in the same currency and through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative refund method. Additional processing fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions are non-refundable.
